Laparoscopic Surgery
Laparoscopic surgery is a type of minimally invasive surgery. In this procedure, the surgeon makes small incisions and inserts specialised, long and thin surgical instruments through the incisions to perform the operation. A small camera is also inserted and the surgeon watches the entire procedure in real-time on a screen. Through this, the recovery time is faster and the risks are lower.
